This is the third call I have received from this entity claiming I have won a $1000.00 gift card from Target. The first two calls were deemed innocuous because I received them during the day and suspected they were a scam and did not respond to them. This latest one came at 3:45 MST while I was sound asleep. I would like to know what actions I can take to assure I don't get another call from this outfit, especially in the middle of the night.
