Received a text at 4:52 am this morning saying I had won a $1000 Target gift card after "my entry" last month had won.
Referred to a website with a winning code to enter. Never went to website, suspected a scam and googled Target contests and arrived at this site. Apparently it's a smishing scam, trying to get your email addresss and other personal information. Don't fall for it. I am irritated at the time of the text in the early am, scaring me awake. I am calling Verizon to report the issue and have the number blocked.
