I just got one from the same number Monday Nov. 26 at 7:38pm. Saying "Cyber Monday Winner! Go to TargetContests.net and enter your winning code 74673 to claim your FREE $1000 Target gift card for using online or at any Target."
I've never shopped at Target let alone entered a contest for it.
