I received a text from a Los Angeles number saying that 'My entry last month has WON! Go to (their website) and enter the code to get a free $1000 Target Gift Card within 24 hours!' Other people have complained of it but with a different phone number but same website... Luckily I realized I don't shop at Target and found out that Targets headquarters are in Minneapolis not Los Angeles.
