They were making cold calls representing themselves as "Windows Central", reporting a Windows software virus and then charging $130 to fix the problem. They then took control of computer and just erased caches to make it work faster, there was no virus. I immediately cancelled, and my credit card was not charged. They continued calling me almost every Saturday trying to do it again. I reported them to the "Do Not Call Registry, " which accomplished nothing despite filling out affidavits for the government. Today, they called me offering a refund, claiming they had been paid, but were now closing down in California because of Hurricane Sandy, which was ridiculous. They were just trying to get more bank information, and I terminated the call. Do not do business with this company. The whole thing is one scam after another.
