I received a text saying:

"Your entry last month has WON! Go to targetcontests.com and enter your winning code to claim your FREE $1,000 Target gift card within 24 hrs."

It didn't take much of a Google search to see this is a scam. I'm concerned about the privacy issue—this was my personal cell phone.
