On 11/23 and 11/25 Fenixsupport.com charged my debit card/checking account without authorization. I have never done business with this company. I notified my credit union to reverse the charges posted. When I called Fenix the rep requested I give them the last 6 numbers on my card. Why would I do that? When I asked to speak to someone with authorization to reverse the charges the rep was not able to (or willing/or???) connect me without the credit card info.
