I was asked to report two companies removing money from my account to fenixsupport.com after that. Fenixsupport.com turned round and remove 49.95USD from my account without initiating any transaction. I don't even know what all these companies are dealing with. My phone calls are not answered and yet you claim i have a transaction with your company. Can fenix tell me what i bought from them for 49.95USD please.
