Numerous & blatant & ignorant refusals in returning & reimbursing my monie[s] for goods purchased & returned within a 24 hiur period & goods purchased from this same shop within the same 24 hour period & being met with blatant refusals to ex-change goods or even being given a credit note for goods payed with cash, even when i have taken days off work to go to this shop to take the appropriate action.
