Attempt to create my business card was not successful, I asked for on line help. The young lady who helped me was very efficient & we created the card I wanted. When I recieved cards it was the one I was having a problem with, not the final choice. I was told this was my fault, instead of telling me they would correct the problem they refused to send me new cards but offered me discount on cards I cannot use. Also they continue add charges to my bill, but this seems to be a habit with this company, I am not the only one this has happened to. Regarding the wrong card the woman I talked to told me to check in their saved file, when I did I saw the correct card, she said that did not matter, It was still my fault.
