I saw and ad on TV and phoned the number to place the order. I also indicated that I did not want the second set with addition shipping charges. Upon completion the automated voice indicated my credit card was declined. A month later I was reviewing transactions on my account and low and behold they went into my credit card and took the money out. On Tuesday this week I received the insta bulbs and not one of them work. I have phoned the credit card company to have it replaced so no other charges can be processed. Can someone please help me. This transaction was never confirmed by mail or by phone.
