Unsecure Loans

This company above states that they put you through lenders who will lend you more than a payday to loan lender for emergency needs. I paid the fee and a good month went by and they were unable to assist my husband or daughter with the funds we requested. When asked if I would receive any portion of the fee back the answer was flat out NO.

I would like someone to contact them on my behalf as to why they are not refunding me any monies back when they know they could not secure us a loan.

Any help will be appreciated.
