Fraudulent removal of funds from bank account

This firm removed 1.25 from my account, calling it an "overseas charge".
The same day they then removed 25.25 from my account.
I searched the internet and found their website which has the tag: "This site may damage your computer".
I read the other consumer complaintss.
My UK bank has refunded the two charges, issued me with a new Visa debit card and has begun fraud proceedings.
