Received a call/text from 909-973-8961 on November 21. The message at 6:33 was about winning a $1,000 gift card at Target and a winning code was enclosed (5) numbers, of which, I will disclose. I have not entered any contest with TargetContests.com. How did this scam artist get my phone number?
