Received charges for an online business that I did not sign up for and had never heard of prior to getting the charge. Called the number that was listed by the bank along with the charge and was told that I had previously signed up and sounded like the business just got started again and charged my account. Well I never signed up for anything. The help desk person was a foreigner so I had difficulty understanding them but they agreed to credit my account. I called the bank and reported the charges as fraudulent and will be getting a new card.
