Kelly Windsor, probably not his real name, has scammed my mother for over $30,000.00 over a period of eight (8) months. My mother first got into contact with Kelly Windsor through her membership to Christian Mingle. Kelly Windsor has told my mother that he was being held captive by pirates on his cargo ship and the pirates were demanding $50,000.00 within a 24 hour period of time or they would kill him. While she was unable to send the full $50,000, she did send him some. Kelly Windsor has scammed mother for money so that he could buy barrels of crude oil so he would not have to return home (Alabama, Texas) with an empty ship. Kelly Windsor has scammed my mother for money for his daughter, who attends a faith-based university, who he claims needs money to attend religious retreats. All money is sent via Western Union to an Arlene Cantrell in Texas. While my mother will not be completely honest with the actual dollar amount she has sent Kelly Windsor and Arlene Cantrell, our estimates have exceeded $30,000.00 over a period of eight (8) months. My mother has now had to file for bankruptcy, has lost her busisness, her house, her 401K, and has cashed in all outstanding life insurance policies. Kelly Windsor and his supposed daughter call my mother from blocked numbers, block their computer IP address by utilizing a proxy server, and call from a land based phone line in the Houston, Texas area that is disconnected. Beware anything to do concerning Kelly Windsor or Arlene Cantrell.
