This company did an unauthorized transaction of taking 29.95 from my bank account and caused me to have overdraft fees. I did a online cancellation and still have not received a refund. This is not right for the simple fact that I didn't agree to it and if. I was trying to get a loan 1. Why would I put up money up front that I didn't have. And 2. The entire amount would go to repair my bank account.
