Why was £69.99 taken from my account??? Is this a SCAM???

It says on my account debited £69.99 from myloan 0844 288 04 on 19/11

What is going on??? I do not have money to just be taken!!!

I want it returned or i will take this to the press, i see there are a lot of people complaining about the funds been debited for no reason!
