I signed up for one month merbership, on August 11. My credit card was charged $23.98.
I tried the webiste and didn't like it at all, therefore I cancelled on August 20, following the instructions on the website.
When looking at my last credit card statement, I noticed they are still charging, when I didn't authorize automatic renewal.
I have been charged $19.99 on Sept 11, Oct 11 and Nov 11.
Tried to call several times, no one answers and the greeting directs you to the website.
I send a message through their website.
