Unexplained credit card charges

I have used boingo at Heathrow airport one month ago (10-Sept) for one hour, and since then I have been charged two more times (21-Sept and 10-Oct) without giving authorization to charge my credit card. I demand some explanations and full refund for these charges.in addition i want you to STOP charging my credit card and remove all my details from your system.
