Ordered parts by phone on Friday morning, paid extra for express courier delivery. Was promised guaranteed Monday before 9am delivery. Provided with (fake?) tracking number for APC Overnight courier. 9am came & went, no delivery. Phoned courier they had never received parts. Phoned Parts Master UK was told they'd look into it & call me back in 10mins. They called me back 30mins later, lied & told me parts have definitely been dispatched & would be delivered by 10am. Now 1pm Monday Parts Master no longer responding to text or email, haven't called me back to apologise or explain. Have been badly let down.
