This is a very true "Buyer Beware" situation! This company has a pop-up in certain commercial websites.in fact, it can be viewed only from one page that will take you immediately to checkout. The site is:: www.mncwatch.com. Read their terms and agreement at www.mncwatch.com/terms and you will find an impossible trial period and return requirements for their 14-day (including shipment transit) watch trial. I admit I failed to make note of that (Who would have guessed?) as their home page does not indicate it.By agreeing for the watch's trial period, you are also immediately enrolled in an ongoing "autoship" program of a watch shipments at the cost of $49.99 each month with the same 14-day trial terms. (How many watches do you want to own?). Also, if you fail to return the watch in 14 days, you will be charged $98.00 (supposedly for the full cost of the trial watch). However, they charged my bank account $98.00 in only 8 days after their shipment and I am now stuck with a watch worth no more than $19.99. I tried to call their support number, but it plays "All of our agents are busy at this time" repeatedly with no answer after waiting for nearly an hour. They have a supposed "support" email address to whom I complained and I am likely waiting in vain for a response. I've reported the problem to my bank for investigation and will likely contact BBB. Meanwhile, they have my ATM card number which I am changing because I don't trust them not to add more charges.
