I received an offer for a choice of 3 items and I chose a free watch for answering a short survey. The offer indicated all I had to pay was the shipping cost of $5.99 and they would email me details. I never got any. So after receiving the packet with the watch I checked their link again and read the 'small print'. It turns out this free watch is on a 7-day trial period and if you don't cancel it within that period you will be billed $98 and enrolled in an autoship program. Well I tried calling (855-213-5984) and it was always busy so I emailed them ([email protected]) and am awaiting their reply which they said would be after 3 days. The time they spend putting you on hold to be able to return the product (they would issue a return number) is in itself a scam already so they can bill you saying you failed to comply by their rules!
