Fictitious Business Name Renewal Center
My business received a Fictitious Business Name Expiration Notice bill for $125.00 to be paid in full by Nov. 30th, 2012

I am a small business owner. I received a bill from the Fictitious Business Name Renewal Center telling me that my Fictitious Business Name that I filed with Alameda County was about to expire unless I paid $125 to them by 11/30/2012. The bill is extremely official looking and has my name, my business partner's name, and our correct original filing date.
