Hacked coins never replaced and no contact details given

Coins were hacked, and they promised to investigate but never did, and children are buying these coins. All they need to do is replace them, but they have to wait for the studio in America, which they only contact via a tool. They refuse to give addresses, emails or phone numbers, so they seem rather suspicious.
