I told the person do you think Im stupid They pretend not to know what the charge is for and that they are only a customer support group to assist with questions. I was told that I had subscribed to something call "Lifestyle" which I have never heard of, some kind of subscription. I told them that I will file with my bank. I called my Bank and they started a fraud claim on this had to cancell the card and have a new one issued. Do not call the numbers they put on your transaction information. Also be advised that the bank will not do anything until money has been paid from your accounts then call your bank or credit card company. Big scam! Keep a close eye on all of your accounts.
