I posted 3 claims AC fan/not covered, Electrical not covered, leak in shower not covered. They will lie to you. I was told if I uncovered the wall they would put it back up / they did not even do that. I was charged 45 dollars each time. The only good thing that I think it is tax deductable. I you need the tax deductalbe, go for it, that all you will get. Gene
