I received an unsolicited text message advertising i had won a one thousand dollar gift card and to go to redeem at a website called targetcontests.com with a ticket number 9387, within 24 hours. The text came through in the early morning hours, i don't have a phone relationship, so to speak, with target nor shared or given the cell phone number as part of a purchase or drawing/contest.
