I tried to use a pay phone at Sobey's, Ancaster ON, using my credit card. The phone would not allow me to complete my call to my sister in Belleville ON. I contacted the operator and told her I had a problem. She wouldn't listen or acknowledge my issue, but asked for the number of my credit card and phone number. A 2 minute call cost $14.95. Grossly overcharged.
