I ordered a canvas print 9 and never received it, though it has been two months and I have contacted them through their online complaint process. I also tried to use two vouchers, which were unexpired, and the company refused to respond to me as to why they were not working on the website, until the vouchers expired. I think this company is FRAUDULENT. Do a search on pixwraps complaints and there are numerous other consumers who have never received their items or a response from the company.
