I ordered a 16x20 canvas on 11/3. I received a confirmation email saying it would be shipped in 10-12 days. Today is 12/20 and it still has not arrived. I have emailed them three times and they do no respond nor do they answer the phone. This was supposed to be a Christmas present - it should have had plenty of time to get here. It looks like a scam since they won't answer the phone or emails.
