On Tuesday November 13 I ordered 2 large orders of fried rice for me and my 4 children to be picked up at Golden Chopsticks in Bolingbrook IL.
Upon arriving the kids mentioned to me lets eat inside and me having to agreed I walked in to pick up the order and let them know we would like a table.
The waitress approached us and asked how many plates we would like and I informed her we needed 5 small plates and icewaters.
She then came back a fw minutes later and stated I will be charged 2. Oo per plate since I only ordered for 2 people so then there would be a total of $6.00 fee for using their plates and silverware.
I was humiliated since I just wanted my kids to try fried rice and the portion was more than plenty for all of us to eat for dinner.in fact we still have a large order that wasnt even touched and I did spend! 7.00 so it wasnt like I walked in and spent 5.00. I did not see anywhere on the menu there was a minimum to dine in and am very very disturbed by this incident.
I took my children and we ended up eating at home.
