Just figured out that there has been a reccurring charge of $11.95 (starting 11/09), $13.95 (starting 11/10), $15.95 (starting 11/11) and $18.95 (starting 11/12) for which I have received no goods or services. Called the number on my credit card statement & was told there was nothing that could be done about refunding my money.
Keith ("manager") said renewal information had been sent in the mail. The account is automatically renewed (at higher rate) if "member" does not respond to cancel. My request for my 3 years of money back was flatly denied. He did refund this months charges & cancelled the account.
