I received a text stating I had won a thousand dollar gift card from target. Well last month I had received a similar text from Best Buy. Both were a scam. I think this should be illegal and these people should be arrested and put in jail. What has this world been reduced to? You people should put half the effort into helping others rather then scamming them. What a better world it would be then.
