Just as the others state: I received 2 texts to my Cell stating I'd won a $1,000 Target gift card. To use code 6354. Their ID phone (619) 961-0141. This arrived a few days after another unwanted (illegal) solicitation from Cellular One. I have never been inundated prior. What gives?
