I noticed I had an overdraft charge and I saw a check made out to Palm Loan Advances. I called and spoke with a Michelle Martinez and a supposed supervisor Mark Martinez. They kept trying to get me to get a loan and I never even went on their website to obtain a loan to begin with. I never even heard of them. So in turn they kept trying to say well you were charged $30.00 as anapplication fee which they never received because there was not $30.00 in my account. So after I've said this about 35 times he offered me a $100 gas voucher and I said I do not want that nor a loan I want my $37.00 overdraft charge which was charged to my account because of the fradulent $30.00 charge that was charged to my account. So now with the threat of a lawsuit and I also let them know there is over 18 different complaints on google which I will print out and sue them for my overdraft charge and pain and suffering he stated he will cancel my fradulent account and send my information to the payment department and within 5-7 business days I should see my $37.00 reversed.
