I ordered and paid for two light sabers. I received a confirmation invoice for International FedEx with my Ship To address. They sent it to the wrong address (Billing Address rather than the Ship To address) and after the fact came up with an excuse that they had to ship to my billing address which is a physical address at a vacation place where NO ONE lives. The owner of the company Emory Harris said I should go to South Carolina to pick it up knowing I ordered and paid for an International FedEx for a reason, I'm living overseas! He was horrible and beyond rude. After I called my bank to stop funds transfer from my credit card I told them that he told me "good luck with that" when I said I'd post public complaints in hopes to keep people from being treated like this. He has $600 of my money and I am looking into a possible scam situation with Ultrasabers because I don't know if this is a habit of his then many ppl are giving him money and he houses it until they fight to get it back. He has my money and won't send the product to the Shipping address he verified on HIS invoice back to me. Rather, he is telling me how to change my habits to fix his problem! It was his mistake and he was absolutely ridiculous refusing to simply reroute the shipment. What should have been an apology and quick fix escalated into an infuriating experience. I have filed a complaint with the BBB which doesn't really get much accomplished but I will hopefully keep someone from having to go through this. I do not have my money back yet, filed a scam/fraud complaint with my Bank, contacted the BBB, and will do everything I can to get this out there. I was treated so badly that it is obvious his lowbrow behavior is indiciative of his policy. I searched the forums to find they are FULL of this type of treatment from him.
