Aug. 15, i purchased a car by trade in to Auto Expo. Because i did business with them before i trusted them. 1. They never notified me that the car that i was purchasing was in an accident (which reduces the car value). When i asked for the car fax i was given a quick statement and was presented the papers to sign. 2. The papers i signed didn't have the information on it that itemized how much everything cost. One paper said that the amount for the car would be 36,908. I was advised that i would get a warranty for the car. As the car that i traded in was still under extended warranty. When the bill came the amount that i owed exceeded what i signed for. When i called with accomplaint i was sent a refund of $600. I called concerning the warranty i was advised that i would get a warranty. After back and forth they gave me a warranty not equivalent to the warranty that i had on the first car. When i get the itemized bill 2 months later it shows that i was charged a higher amount for the car than i agreed. I also now find out that my former car was traded in at a value of 19,000 which left me owing Auto Expo 4,000 which was added on to the loan for the new car. I never would have traded a car in owing money making my debt even more. I would have never bought a car knowing it was in an accident. I also would have never traded a car with a lesser grade warranty than the original car i had in the first place. I have been taken advantaged of.
