My 90 year old mother was scammed by these folks - she has no memory of them calling or approving this. When you call Third Party Billing they will not give out the Secure Medical Group contact info. They are saying we can get a refund once we receive the material (what ever it is). I plan on seeking that refund and if required submitting a complaint to our attorney general office too. One question - are folks on this thread using some kind of lifeline alert? This did not happen until we setup automatic payment with them...
