This website has seriously problems. They pick their busiest time of the day to do supposed "updates" to their website causing pauses of the auctions for up to 4 minutes at a time and that is considering it happens at "least" four times per hour. I was a very active bidder on two auctions today and should have one both of them but due to their pauses in bidding they would pick-up where they left off but not credit bids to your Bid Buddy. You have to be familiar with their way of conducting their auctions to understand this and actually having it happen to you helps. I have written to them about their "updating" the site during peak hours and that they should do it during the wee hours of business and only received a curt reply. I asked for credit of my bids back on an auction last week and have yet to receive an answer. I tried to give them a chance to listen to my complaints to them but it appears they may have a scam going on to lengthen out auctions they think should go longer, not just in time, but money. Their website doesn't have reliability in letting the bidders have a fair chance by crediting bids in a timely manner or letting the last timely bid win.
That $72.00 is just for today and as soon as I use up my bids, I will not be back.
