Pass to Paradise is a complimentary cruise given from a presentation as a gift for attending.
We paid the $99.00 in a cashiers check it went to a PO box it was for a complimentary cruise that ended up costing more than Carnival was charging after jumping though hoops not knowing the extra money it would cost us until 30 days prior to the cruise. There were quote government fees that other cruise ships don't charge total miss representation even fraud.
