Ordered their software to clear runtime error R6025 (windows explorer). Did not clear error, have gotten no response from their email web site. I ran the scan software several times which indicated hundreds of errors and on "fixall" command said it had fixed them. The error for which I ordered the software (for two macines) did not go away.
