I started out paying (I thought) to team veiwer7 $199.99. When I called my bank to complain they told me no charge had been made in that name. IT showed up being paid to you. Before I could straighten that out, I called teamveiwer7 & was told that their network was down & I'd be taken care of by go support now & they would take care of my computer
In June I payed $199.99 to a company that said their name was "team viewer 7. They have worked on my computer & I thought my computer would be fixed, but day after day I was on phone with problems. I called my bank only to find out my money went to you. The next day I called "team veiwer7" I was told their system was down & for the time being "go support now"would take control of my computer, they gave me a different ph.# & things got WORSE. Since I still had team viewer icon I clicked on only to find out they were up & running. I'm like a fish out of water, never had a computer before. It made me so upset that I could be scammed like this. Jackie Eacho
