I was offered a loan and sent paperwork which I never completed as I was intending to refuse loan. They deposited money in my acct and then I was contacted by fcc for false reporting and unlawful use of my OWN id and information.
I am rather concerned of course as I have not falsely reported any info and was not notified in any manner via email, us postal mail, or phone call that I was granted said loan. I am content to return said money deposited to my acct.
