This is THE WORST company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get my 55' tv fixed now for 2 1/2 months. The TV is less then a year old and started acting up around 9 months. I have made dozens of phone calls to the service department and have had 2 technicians come out to my home for repair service. THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN FIXED AND HAS GOTTEN WORSE! The repairmen didn't even know how to take off the back panel to get inside the tv! This is a company HANSPREE outsources their repair work to! One repair person was there for 3 hours!!! And as soon as we turned on the TV to check to see if the problem was fixed not less then 45 seconds passed and the problem presented itself again. I have again been calling to try and get answers and I keep getting the run around. I was also told by an employee at the service department more then once that since the problem has not been fixed i would be getting a new tv. Guess what - still waiting! I have several videos and pictures of the problem (that was supposedly fixed twice, BUT IT WAS NOT). I was told that I would only be speaking to the supervisor and every time I have called he has been in a "meeting" or "left for the day". I AM FURIOUS, the next step will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and posting all of the videos and pictures to YOU-TUBE for the world to see.
