I paid £1000 as a deposit for some double glazing to be done to a Mr John Houlihan who is the proprieter of this company. As yet I have never actually got the work done! He makes empty promises, has no intention of ever completed the work. Have requested that he return the monies, but says he is broke. He has done this to numerous people and none of us have got actual work done or money returned. He is a bogus trader, running a scam. I wish i could get some help in getting my money back, as I cannot take this to small calims as he has several CCJs against him thath ave not been satisfied, he has put all his assetts in different names so to be honest I would be throwing good money after bad! HelP!!!
