Stay away from Southwest Vinyl Windows America! This company makes promises it can't keep and then won't refund your money without a fight. The company owner Jim McCash (partner), makes signed agreements seem useless as he does what he wants, when he wants.
"If this company takes your money and promises you an installation date, it means nothing to them to miss this date and reschedule you on the morning they are supposed to be there", says one insider, "They could care less about you because once they have your deposit, they have you!"
Another person ripped off by this company says, "They are ruthless. They make all these promises then don't deliver."
Bob says, "They are the worst company to give a deposit to. They tell you they'll be there one day, so you make arrangements to have off work, and then they dont show up and say they want to schedule you in two weeks."
"I call them Southwest take and run, " says Jimmy B of Upper Darby. "They make a date to install your windows, and then they show up five days later when you're at work."
"Pathetic company, " says Bonnie Brown of Darby, "Daughter is a drug addict and they ask for cash for their deposits so they dont have to report it!"
