I tried the "free" lipo slim and natural cleanse. I received a follow up call to confirm my order and asked if i wanted to try live coach 7 days for $1.79, I agreed. There was NO mention of an ongoing subscription of $19.95 automatically debited out of my account. As I reconciled my statement, I came across this charge. That is when the headache started. I called customer service, The 2 phone numbers automatically disconnected me after a brief please hold message. I then got on live chat which declined to help since they were coaches and had nothing to do with my account. They referred me to call the numbers I was calling. I emailed the company support. Never heard back. I had to go to the bank, file a claim, cancel my debit card and get a new one. I still have not seen a credit. Luckily, I had checked my acct and stopped the charges.
