I was told that I selected them online, but that's not true. I called to complain that I never gave them permission to debit my account. So I was told to go to their website and ask for a refund. I did and it said I would receive refund on 11-2-12. Well that didn't happen so I called on 11-7-12, and customer service rep. Told me I was to receive a refund by the 7th. I checked my account today and of coarse Surprise it's not there. And Damn it I want my money back.
