As per others I am very dissatisfied by the cushion. It does nothing, but goes completely flat.
I am about to ask company for a refund, and I will let everyone know what happens. But before I do I wanted to back up the claims of others who have correctly pointed out that there is no way to tell what you have bought. I, too got caught for $80 when all I wanted was 2 pillows at cost and one at S & H. Their website is deliberately set up this way. I tried to cancel immediately as I figured I had just been conned. They say they could do nothing for 24 hrs until payment goes into system. I did eventually get to speak to a CSR and to their credit they did change the order. But product is not as implied in advert.
